Wire BAP and meth pump to same hobbs switch? can i bypass hobbs switch?

07 C6 Z06 ls7 230/250 cam, bolt-ons, built heads, twin turbo(building now) I am in the middle of the twin turbo build and planning the wiring schematic to both the meth pump and the boost a pump(BAP). 2 Questions:

1) Can I wire both the BAP and Meth pump to the same Hobbs switch?

2) Can I bypass the Hobbs switch? is there not a wire that is only live during wot? maybe in the map or throttle/pedal sensor? I would like to set both to come on when it is floored regardless of boost, is that possible? if not ill go with a 1 psi Hobbs, but i figured I would ask.
