Have 5.9L with 125 Injectors. Need help calibrating them in into the truck. Everything else is pretty much stock. I know you mess with the injector pulsewidth tables and some of the diesel timing but I need help to get a base for these injectors! I have the stock fil attached below. Pretty much the truck is blowing alot of black smoke all the way up to 2500rpm. Just trying to get it to stop smoking.
pulse width is only part of it, rail pressure and timing is key to get them to run clean. many stock limiters must go as well plus changes to the waste gate etc etc etc

I have a similar situation, were you able to figure out those parameters guy-ffc was talking about?
