MPVI2 won't sync license with HP Tuners Server

I'm a new user, first time licensing a vehicle. Everything seems to work with the Editor (I can save tune changes and write to the vehicle), except I cannot get the 'used' credits to sync with server. I purchased 2 additional credits last night to see if they would sync. At first I had trouble, but eventually they did. But the license I have for this vehicle will still not sync. Any ideas? I did also open a ticket with the help desk last night.

licenses don't sync, its only the credits.
