MPVI3 Interface not connecting

I am having trouble getting my MPVI3 interface to connect to VCM scanner and editor. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software multiple times, and tried downloading the drivers multiple times... nothing has worked. This is the first time I have tried to connect this MPVI3 so not sure what the issue could be.

Same here, VCM editor doesn't recognize that the MPVI3 is plugged in at all.
