When attempting to export a file to .VBO format, TrackAddict gives an error: "File export failed!" I'm on Android version 9. Is there a workaround for this? Alternatively, is there an external PC tool to convert from the TrackAddict .csv to .VBO?

Sorry for the inconvenience... I have located the cause of this problem in a new file library that we had recently started using. It is now resolved, and the v4.3.4 update is currently in the process of being released to Android users.
This bug affected iOS users as well, and that update should be coming this week, pending Apple's review process...

Is the only way to convert to a VBO file to put it in an email? That works fine but is a bit cumbersome.
I was hoping there might be a way to save a copy of the data on the device in VBO format, but I cannot seem to find that option.
