2014 ctsv suddenly really rich while in PE

Took my car out and logged it in this hot ass weather and noticed while in PE it's running super rich. Every other time I've logged my actual has matched my commanded within 2-3%. This isn't the rich after flash issue as I drove about 100 miles the previous day and didn't reflash anything. when you look at my WOT areas i'm running deep into the 10s for my afr. Could this possibly be because I haven't adjusted the injector tip temp table for my ID850 injectors? Please ignore the knock in the logs...i've taken care of that

Rich after flash is just one of the symptoms. https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...h-after-Flash/ If you have not taken into account injector tip temp while tuning MAF and VVE then you have issues.

No I did not...everytime I was tweaking the maf and VVE I just made sure ECT was at operating temp

If i go through the same process that you came up with (zero out injector tip temp at operating temp, then take that value and subtract it from all of the higher cells) I'll need to completely retune my MAF and VVE correct? Since it looks like there is pulse width added at normal operating temps in my tune

So assuming your car runs in the 131 or 140 cell normally. You would want to filter any MAF value that does not fit in that range. Once the adjacent cells are calibrated where they also have no MAF adjustment required you could then include those in your MAF filter.

when you say maf value you are just referring to your STFT right?

No. MAF. The air/hz values in the MAF calibration table.

Ok, so what error % are you applying to the Injector tip temp to get the higher cells in line? Sorry but I'm confused on what you are saying.
