[ECM] 3884 - VCT Manual Control Switch: Disabled -- I'm guessing here but I would think you want manual control enabled.
tried no start

I see big MAP/IPC errors but what's even more concerning me is that the cam angles are changing. Does it have a physical VCT lockout installed?
Sounds like the cams are not installed properly. When they installed the cam chains did they follow the Ford procedure exactly? I messed up first time I did it, and my motor backfired when I tried to start it.
cam timing wrong
99% of the time no start/backfire will be improper cam timing
after you locked out and enabled manual control did you degree and enter the cam angles? Also, is the IMRC locked out? The switch is enabled but the rest of it is set up as if it is locked out.
I'd suggest going to L&M engines and following their cam timing procedure. The ford one, while correct, is a little confusing.
could also be a really big vacuum leak.
I was trying to do a ghost cam and when my speed density was way off it did this.. what if you turn off cyl anticipation? I'm throwing guesses into the wind here
