Any one else have these issues?

I have had several issues for some time. HPTUNER support gives me the runaround trying to find the issues. Very frustrating!
I am using it for 3800 gm platform. All these issues have been tested on 4.4.4.0 and their beta. The fuel issue is a newer fault with both as well.

*first issue is that HPT will not log or save current or history misfire data.

*another issue is that the scanner freezes in middle of scan. If I let it go a few minutes later it will resume. this sucks when I hit a WOT and the scanner misses it.

*I cannot subtract fuel. It let me add but as soon as the negative is put in there the resulting figure will go to zero.

Does anyone know of another scanner/tuner that can replace HPT effectively?
