92 Dodge Stealth

Cant say ive ever worked on one of these cars, but... in my experience ive learned that when something like this happens its normally traced back to something simple or something you have overlooked. Not knowing where this is located on the engine could it be possible you knocked off a vacuum line or something similar to cause this problem?? Also i would double check the part numbers to make sure you got the right one, and then i would double check all surrounding connection just to verify that nothing was knocked loose or off. After all this you might be able to a crank or cam relearn procedure with HP Tuners.
