Cold Start Never first attempt, always second....

I seem to have a lot of unique challenges with tuning that cant be solved but wanted to try another one. In CL MAF only mode tuning a 2008 2.2 with added supercharger. Car will never start first attempt (up to about 4-5 seconds crank) but will always start second attempt after about a second of crank time. Anything i should be looking for in the tune?

I have tried the base settings(in CL MAF Only mode) and gotten this result.
I have tried increasing startup airflow and gotten this result.
I have tried increasing base airflow ETC multiplier and gotten this result.

Thing to note. After i had originally (before going CL MAF Only) tuned VVE only (no maf), then added the MAF (blended MAF and VVE) it started up first time every time. Its not until i went CL MAF only by changing the dynamic airflow to 200 RPM fail that this has been consistent.

Any ideas?
