I haven't had this problem till the last couple of phone updates. I needed it last night at the track to change a file in my Trackhawk. I'd sure like to know why the Chrysler people have to have internet to load a file seems like BS to me.

Exactly! I think they need to the help of Japanese techies just to solve this or learn how to fix this. :)) hahaha
