?No mail accounts? ?failed to create mail composer?

Whenever I try to email data I get these error messages. Why? How do I create an email composer and add an email account?

I tried to use the search function but couldn?t get past the non existent human verification.

I?m using an IPhone 6s and version 4.1.2 pro

This just means that your device does not have any email accounts setup, and therefore the app is failing when it asks iOS to draft an e-mail and attach the file you were trying to send. To resolve it, you will need to setup an e-mail account for the standard iOS mail app.
