Having trouble reading my Gen 5 whipple file

I have a Gen 5 3.0 Stage 1 whipple kit on my 16' 6R80 car. I have tried to open the tune with both the regular editor and the Beta version but it just sits on the file conversion page. i contacted whipple and asked if they have a file for longtube headers and they replied they do not because of emissions. Well i live in Iowa and we do not have emissions testing and this is an OFF ROAD vehicle so Im looking to write my own tune for the longtubes. What am I doing wrong or will I need a patch to read the file? Thanks in advance

I also need gen5 3.0 file. Tuning a swapped Foxbody and doing it from scratch. I have lots of older whipple cals but this one is fighting me.
