Two questions one for the scanner one for the editor.

Scanner Q, Why won't the scanner save a LTFT + STFT graph? I tried SEVERAL times to no avail. I would like to post this info in a tuning thread.

Question two,

Why can't I read a tune I wrote and transfereed to a vehical? I had my laptop lock up and when I restarted none of my open tunes were saved. One was flashed to a car. I was not able to read that tune and had to start over, WHY???

I am not a pro and never will be. I just went out to my car, hooked up the editor and the option to read tune was greyed out. This is a tune I wrote.

How do I copy my own custom tune if the data gets corrupted in my laptop
