Thats because the Raptor is a GTDI High Output engine and the Limited 3.5 is a standard EB if im understanding you correct.
I know in the 2020s, the Limited gets the same HO Ecoboost the Raptor does. Not sure about up until 2020 (might have been the same for 2019) though.
The Expedition Platinum has the Raptor engine also. Not much difference between them. Just minor changes, probably emissions related.
I have a Raptor and 18 Expedition Platinum. I can move my changes between them with the same results.
