MPVI2+ and Track Addict - Dropping Connection

I'm using an MPVI2+ with TA on Android and I regularly get OBD dropouts during logging. The "OBD" icon at the bottom goes from green to red. I unplug the MPVI2+ and re-plug it in, then about a minute later it connects again....just to have it drop a few min later. I've tried this with an iPhone and different vehicles, same issues. Firmware is updated to the latest. I've tried resetting the BT connection over and over, still the same issues. Anyone have similar issues?
