Lean spike at initial tip in for full throttle

Aloha guys, looking for some more help again. 2018 Charger 5.7 with D1, 1050x, unknown cam and headers. Having a major lean spike at initial stab of full throttle. Dont do a ton of Dodges so I'm sure I'm missing something stupid but searched and couldnt find anything. Tried playing with transient settings, and PE enrichment but no help. If anyone is willing to help I'd greatly appreciate it

There has been a couple revisions since the uploaded tune but this tune corresponds with the log attached
