6l80 Cruising downshift issue

Hi,
After lots if reading and testing i need help from someone. Have a L98 and 6L80 swapped in to a SWB Patrol. The big issue we seem to be having is at cruise speed of 50KM or 60KM (main to speed limits around town) the trans is commanding a CT Downshift even with slight throttle to maintain speed or even with speed increasing. so as cruising along will shift from 5-4 then few seconds later 4-5 and will keep repeating the process.

I have tried modified Virtual torque tables, shift speeds, used BC trans tool. Maybe i am missing something. any one please help?
Engine has small camshaft

Try logging Shift Mode to see which shift tables are in use. Is the scanner speed matching a GPS?
