VCM Suite demo vs full

I downloaded the demo version to look around and now will order the MPVI2 and full version of VCM. Do I need to delete the demo version first prior to my purchase?

You don't, the demo IS the full version. When you receive your MPVI2 sync it and you will get all the features.

How do I know who is a legal reseller of your product?

I have some discount points built up at GPI (Gwatney Performance Innovations) and they sell your product so I thought I would take advantage of the discount points. I usually prefer to purchase directly from the manufacturer for this type of purchase but if they are a legal reseller then I would like to take advantage of the small discount.
