Trying to Understand O2 code issues and change.. 6.1 hemi

fellow tuners. .looking for some feedback.. have been running car for long time no tune. an stock 02 sensors, while putting new clutch in.. an working on the suspension, had exhaust out, and installed all new Denso sensors in all for spots.. Car seems to be running alright, just now im getting P2096 Post Cat. Fuel trim system too lean and p0133 circuit slow responsive for both b1 and b2.

THis a tunable item? Seems like these sensors read a bit different then the oems. Im learning .. any guidance or thoughts be great.
