HPTuners Server down? MPVI2 can't open new 2019-up Ford strategies

I am using the latest VCM beta and my MPVI2 was resynced without problems. But when I go to open a 2019-up Ford strategy, I get this screen and there's no progress after 5 minutes. It seems like there is a problem with HPTuners server or the beta is trying to access something that isn't loading.

ETA: It seems to be working now. Been trying for awhile.

We are aware that it went down for roughly 2 hours yesterday late afternoon and again later in the evening, we believe the issue has since been resolved.
