I need to buy some new credits, but it's saying my MPVI is registered to another user

So I sold my MPVI to someone a few months back and ended up buying it back today. I need to buy 2 more credits, but it's saying it's registered to someone else (even though he gave me his username and pass and it's showing he doesn't have a MPVI registered to his account). The MPVI says he has used it on a 2007 Silverado so I'm confused about that. Is there anything I can do to get this working tonight or do I have to wait until they open up tomorrow?
