NEW PCM 2021 DS Ram 1500 5.7 8sp

Hey guys, can someone help me im trying to find a back up pcm to suit a 2021 DS Ram 1500 Express 5.7 v8 4x4 8sp auto. everywhere i try i get a dead end. from what ive been told you have to match your part numbers exactly. I found one on Mopar factory parts that matches my cars description but has different part numbers, can i use this pcm? Does anyone know anywhere else i can try to get one? Any help appreciated!
