For sure it's pretty fat on fueling. Even without a wideband you can command 12.0 to 12.5 and still be pretty such you will be close.
Having no dyno makes knowing the best timing hard but a stock cam/heads doesn't need 30-32 degrees of timing at full throttle. Very possible it's making less power there than at 25 degrees. I know the factory timing curve isn't as high and it has the flex fuel timing adders that you may not be aware of, so it is adding in more timing than you likely need.
