"unlicensed file" for all my licensed files showing

Good evening.
i am having an issue since my last update today.
i went to read my own personal vehicle after install and resync of my mpvi2 as i do to check operation and all good. i then went to write back to this vehicle and i get "unlicensed vehicle" as i do with all my other files i have licences for.
i have tried a fresh install, deleting licence dat from settings and resyncing with no luck.
everything els works fine, scanner, reading, gathering info etc.
it is just say i have no licensed for all the vehicles/models that i do have.
any help would be great thankyou.

I suspect that you're using the VCM Suite (Beta) software.

If so, please update to the latest beta. That should resolve your issue.

I already have the most recent, 4.7.68. that is the one with the problem

my interface is having the same issue even with the latest update. I am still using the older MPVI Pro unit. All my licensed PCMs/VINs are dead. My truck is undriveable for 2 weeks now waiting on help. I have an active ticket, too. 214102

update: downloaded tonight's beta version and will retry tomorrow unless I get more information on my ticket.

The current beta does not work well with previous versions.

With the release of VCM Suite 4.8 in the near future, you will be able to run the stable and beta side by side without having to resync every time you swap between them.

that's fantastic for you but for me I am dead in the water. The "known good" version won't recognize two licensed PCMs. The latest Beta version won't recognize the same two PCMs. What am I to do? How about you credit me new licensing to relicense these two PCMs with 2 bar and speed density tuning so I can drive my truck that has been down because of the changes put in place that broke my ability to tune?

Please open a support ticket. We'll get this resolved for you.

#214102 is the ticket for this issue. I have been programming the two PCM/Vin combinations since 2010 with no issues until recently. Now all the sudden I cannot load files into my PCMs. My licenses no longer meet the new criteria for matching VIN/PCM id/OS and the software wants me to spend another $250 to get these two PCMs back in compliance. whatever it costs these days to license two Silverado pcms and one with 2 bar speed density tuning.
