2006 5.3 auto truck OEM tune file

Does anyone have a stock 2006 tune I can view to check the charging system info? My ecu went bad and I replaced it with one from an 03 and they changed how the charging system works. Took lots of $$ to figure this one out. Now I am at the last hurdle and could use some help. Thanks in advance!
