Engine seems to Load up under Load or start with load ( under braking )

I am having an issue with ( loading or no power ) under brake or under load. If I accelerate it seems to be loading ( Rich) and just bogges down. Were can i adjust this in the program.

From launch to 60mph its good unless I start with the brake on.. ITs a JEEP so if I need to power up over something it also has the same issue??

You're correct. The target AF ratio and the actual AF ratio are pretty far apart. It shows 0.69 Lambda on your wideband input. The commanded Lambda is .82. You've got some tuning to do.

Does it have an aftermarket cold air kit or aftermarket MAF?

Its stock MAF, No cold air kit but K&N Filter using one 90 out of the MAF intake.
