Replacement Ecm VIN question

I recently swap out the ECM of a 1998 Camaro Z28 with another from the same year same OS/part number etc ECM from another Camaro, because the first on had an issue with the EVAP purge controller within the ECM.

I did upgrade to unlimited model/year for that specific vehicle and it took 3 credits because I already done 2 1998 camaros before. Anyway all seems fine and was able to save/flash the replacement ECM without any issues...


Now my question is as I have been searching for a few hours but couldn't find the answer to. How to change the VIN number on the new ECM as it has another number from a different car? The VCM editor has no option to do so and the VCM scanner shows the option to change ViN but when I click on it, it says I have no license to do so? Be it I just upgraded to unlimited 1998 camaro and I have licensed the new ECM with 3 (upgrade credits).

OS number on both ecm are the same

Year is the same
