Anyone have any ideas on getting credits to show up? I?ve sent in two tickets in the last two days with no response from hpt. Credits are showing on their site but won?t show up in Vcm editor. I?ve re synced more times than I can count. Closed and reopened the program. Shut off the computer. Not sure where else to go/do. Thanks in advance
The office isn't open on the weekend, you should receive a response by late monday or early Tuesday depending on our workload once we are back in the office.
I seem to be in the same boat. Need instructions on how to get the credits into the module? I was able to retrieve the tune and modify it but it wouldn't let me put it back in after changing it..

I would connect to internet, go to Help in scanner or editor and chose verification code with mpvi2 attached. Close out, then pick Resync.
