Need help with hemi 5.7 motor swap

Hey everyone, I am in need of some assistance with getting this 2013 5.7 motor to work in my 07 Dodge charger. Car starts with a high amount of cranking and half throttle, runs and drives ok other than random multiple misfire. I've tried to match all of the parameters in the stock 2013 tune to my current pcm. Made it idle terribly. I have tried to understand the data I have recorded in vmc scanner with no such luck. I just want to make this thing run right, I'm too far invested in this!
