Adding parameters to current OS

I have a 2017 TC-1791 Mustang Gt. My current OS is a Roush OS. The Roush OS has limited ETC parameters vs my stock OS has many more ETC parameters. Is it possible for HP Tunes to add parameters to my Roush OS? I am having some codes kick off with the ETC(TPS, TAC A)with my Roush OS and wondering if I am missing some parameters to correct the codes.
