1973 F100 Barra 245T ( ECU/BCM Questions)

Hi guys
I hope someone can help me,

I am from south Africa and is currently buuiling a 1973 F100 and wil be installing a Red cover Barra 245T in it.

My pla is this,

I want to use the ford ECU and BCM modules ETC so that I can retro fit some of the fancy extras the cars came with like auto rain sensing wipers, autoheadlights etc.

My question is, Can I get a ECM/BCM modules ETC from a 2016 Ford Falcon XR6T Manual and run the 245T barra with it? Or can the BCM modules be used as stand alone ?
