Need tune for 17 ford f350 6.7

I build the transmission on this truck and i ask the customer about any tune on the vehicle he say is plug and play ok i update all the calibration for the truck now the truck is in engine reduced power the tune that he has is a ezlink but he got the truck wit that install all ready and he dont know anything about the user and pass need help i read the tune with my hp tuner too see but i not very familiar with this truck only used my hptuner for gm transmission thank you

sounds like the truck is delted and was tuned for it
