My 2011 Colorado 4L60E "Desired Shift Time" charts make no sense. The Y-axis is labeled "Transmission Oil Temp" and the values range from 32.75F to 32.52F. All Pattern X, Y and Z, 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 charts have the same "weird" labeling and values. See the example below.
