The LSJ Ecotec 2.0L SuperCharged engine with the P12 PCM is VPW. No CAN.Quote:

Correct, but the 4cyl PCM's do things a little differnetly than the LS1 style PCM's that causes them to require the new interface.
Any update yet on availability and models supported?
I need help...My DD just died out on me, and now I have to make a purchasing decision, this week. I'm looking at going with either the CobaltSS, or the SRT4, however, my decision on which one to buy will be greatly influenced on if HPtuners will be providing support for either vehicle. I prefer the looks of the Cobalt over the Neon, but the aftermarket support is much greater with the SRT4. So what's the verdict...are there any plans to offer support to either of these vehicles? I don't need to have a release date. I just want to make sure that whatever I buy, you guys will be supporting in the near future.
Thanks,
Matt
The Cobalt is definitely on our list, not sure about the SRT4.
Ahhh man the Cobalt scored low I would have voted if I knew. Anyway the Suite looks amazing and is exactly what I was looking for in my car. So what is the line up for the cobalt and how long does it usually take for you guys to design this program for a specific car?
I have ONE post to this forum? Whats up with that?Quote:

So, looks like 2.0 hardware is my future...
Thanks HPT...

The LSJ Cobalt began utilizing DWCAN from the onset of it's 2005 release. This was neccessary for Theft Deterrant security system's "fuel enable" handshake. This was facilitated by the BCM in 2005 (Passlock) BUT since 2006 Cobalt models now use PassKey 3+ the fuel enable handshake is via a dedicated PK3 Theft Deterrant Module present on the GM Lan Low Speed bus (SW CAN) and gateway'd by the BCM.
Only the P12 used in the Saturn Redline has remained entirely (for ALL bus traffic) on Class 2 VPW from 2004 thru 2006.

I really really really need SRT4 support when the dodge stuff is ready.
WooHoo! I will be first in line once it is released. Then I can finally start doing some mods to the Misses 06 SS/SC. Any idea if these will be released before the GM stage kits(~1st quarter)?Quote:

The 2.4 guyz had to wait on the supercharger for a number of years. Now i see the same thing happening. Please give us some help.
The LSJ platform would obviously include the redline
I hope the 2.4 tuning system comes out soon
We're never comfortable with that until someone tells us directly! :oQuote:
