Is it a diablo pcm?
Are they using the latest beta when reading transmission?
I’m having the same issue. But mine was with a throttle blade issue as well. But my first pcm was flashed by diablo but now I got it flash from a guy in Michigan
I am using an unlocked diablo pcm / diablo bypass cable on my 18 ram tuning with hptuners is no problem
It wouldn't be a problem so long as the file that's on it is the tuned diablo file to start and not flashed to stock, as the original file might be for a different pcm to start and wouldn't work with the vehicle at all. They would likely flash the proper OS onto the pcm and if it was set to stock could be a different OS all together.
