no longer can save my tune(s)?

last night i was making adjustments to my tune and decided to open another vcm editor to check another tune that i downloaded. now i have done this numerous times of opening more than one vcm editor but this time was different. i went back to save my car's tune and the save/save as is grayed out now?

i went ahead and downloaded the newest version from 4.6 to 4.8 and it did NOT do the trick. i went ahead and downlaoded the latest drivers and still no good.lastly i tried resyncing and it went through okay but again, no go. what happened? :rant:

Try closing all software and then deleting your license.dat file so that the software will rebuild it on the next open to see if that fixes the issue. A corrupt license.dat file can cause alot of license/save issues such as this.

Managed to get it to work again. I reentered the license key that was saved on the Hptuners account website and it worked
