Nnbs 4l80e swap . No communication between TCM and hp tuners.

I have read so many 80 swap threads that my brain is about to explode lol. Just put an 80e in my 08 4.8/60e Silverado. Repinned the trans plug, moved the one wire in the TCM harness and wired in the front input sensor. Used the express van TCM tune and wrote entire. Reverse and 2nd only . Have power to the solenoid in the truck side of the harness. When commanding any gear with hp tuners the solenoids don?t click. In VCM scanner trans temp says -40 . PNRD is blank as well as input shaft rpm and output shaft rpm. Only code is an evap code. Could I have bricked the TCM somehow?

What was the TCM from originally?

It?s the factory 08 TCM that ran the 4l60e.
