2016 Wrangler Question

Just bought a 2016 Wrangler and right now, I just need to change the tire size so the speedometer is accurate. I already have HP Tuners Pro for tuning my GTO. My question is do I need to have the PCM unlocked to just change the tire size parameter. I'm under the impression that is changed in the Scanner?

no need to have unlocked PCM for that only use VCM scanner and it will work
