Car was ruuning fine with no problems, managed to flash it 3 times on the dyno, then all oof a sudden the vehicle would not switch on.
Security light on and flashing.
Disabled PATs in flash and still no start.
Any ideas HP Tuners?

I am having the same issue with 03 cobra , did you ever figure it out??
The only possibility is the obd2 port is busy. Unplug the interface from the obd2 port and cycle the key the next time it happens and see if that solves it.
it writes, and completes the write, but still no start and flashing theft on dash ( would you like to see the tune make sure I turned the correct code off? )
