That datasheet is incomplete.
Is this Fuel Injector Clinic or Fuel Injector Connection? When there are two of them, just IDing them by 'FIC' is really damn confusing.

Guess were all taking a break at the same time :) Yes in this case what Blind said... Should have one value all the way across in the flow rate and voltage offset tables.
Base fuel pressure at the rail, converted to kPa. Find that column in the datasheet.
Base pressure is what it makes with no vacuum or boost to the regulator reference port. The manifold reference will raise or lower it from the base pressure so that the pressure delta is always the same, therefore the flow rate & offsets will also always be the same.
Do you have a link to the actual, complete datasheet? Can you answer if it's Connection or Clinic? Can you link to the injector page? Or provide a full part number?
Here's the source data: https://fuelinjectorclinic.com/GM-DATA/EFI-LIVE-0850
The forum would not allow me to upload the entire workbook due to a data limit size.
Jesus, was that spreadsheet made by someone who has never tried to put the data into a tune file? What the hell.
edit: Oh, that's EFILive format. Whew.

Since their system can only reduce pressure from whatever the regulator setpoint is, curious why they didn't recommend this? Or why it's not standard in their kits meant for boosted apps?
