Service Traction Control after Tuning????

I recharacterized my VE Table and MAF table this morning and during tuning I would get the Service Traction Control DTC pop up in the window and the light. When I swapped back to the original tune the car had on it that light seemed to go away. I don't think there is actually anything wrong with my traction control I'm just confused why I have it now after tuning. Car was originally MAF only, I went ahead and did VE today to make it a hybrid tune. What the heck? I didnt mess with any of the traction stuff, purely airflow.
