Unlock PCM with Sps programing from shop.

I have a old hptuners tune thats locked and I dont have access to the old tuner. Can a shop use use GM SPS programing to flash it back to stock and make it usable by HPtuners again? The shop told me to ask you guys this :) Because they dont know if it will unlock it once its flashed back to stock.

Typically no, if an ecm is tunerlocked you will not be able to read, nor flash the ecm at all with any tool.
