MpvII TrackAddict constant searching for OBDII

Hey all. I'm have the subject matter problem. My TrackAddict will not finish its search for the OBDII device, even though it sees its connected. It get GPS just fine, but no OBDII. Any thoughts or info on this? I have the latest HpTuners device. It's been registered and I've used it, seccussfuly, with my editor. Thanks in advance.

Same issue here. It shows red, then yellow like it's trying to connect, then back to red. It never connects. I've attempted on multiple vehicles with no success.
