I'm trying to log the knock sensor but there's no channels for it.
I've tried updating and re-polling and it's still not there. Any ideas?

yeah these are memory parameters, just gotta add your OS ID to the definition and then repoll. Send in a support ticket though please so I can keep a log of itQuote:
