Did you ever figure this out, I have a 16 Mustang 5.0 that is doing the same thing and was looking for some info on how to prevent this as well
never figured it out.. (this car is getting warranty work so haven't tried anything else)
I also had issues with the osc anti shuffle. Eventually gave up and disabled it in the tune and haven’t looked back since.
the engine ended up being replaced with a new longblock under warranty
There should be a parameter in the tune file to disable throttle oscillation and antishuffle.
