Documentation location?

Is there a central place on the HP Tuners site with all the documentation and instructions for MPVI2, VMC Scanner, VCM Editor?

I just found the "standalone datalogging" pdf instructions in an obscure link in the forums. That's the kind of official docs I'm looking for (see attached file). I did a search for "documentation" and "instructions" and got all kinds of stuff, very little that looks official.
