I have a 2007 Trailblazer with the LH6. Is there a way to determine if the motor is going into 4-cyl mode in the VCM Scanner? MAF readings dropping? There an actual PID that'll tell me when the PCM is commanding it?

"ETC torque management type" [pid ID 12131] if u have it will say Dod when its enabled
In GMC/Escalade +2007 it shows in the dashboard in fuel economy section ( V4 or V8 ) but i'm not sure about your trailblazer, and as 07GTS said check your tune file.
