Marrying tcm to pcm 2015 LFX

Hello,

I have a 2015 Camaro LFX and six speed auto going into a 2006 RX8. It will be used for track days and street. I have the car up and running on the engine side of things. I am using a stand alone harness and pre tuned E39 pcm. The PCM is from a manual Camaro. My question is this; what procedure do I have to follow to "marry" pcm to the trans control module? Is this something that only a GM dealer can do? If so, will they also upgrade to the latest pcm OS and overwrite my base tune?
