VCM Editor will not sync with my account

I just bought 2 GM credits. They are showing in my HPtuners.com account under my device serial number.

I updated to latest version of VCM Suite 4.8.7. I resynced the editor under help.

I have a valid interface key for the MPVI Pro which is connected to the computer.

I go to save my file in the editor and license my file so I can do so. The editor will not read my credits to let me license the file and save it.

I tried turning off windows firewall. Restarting the computer. Restarting the application. Unplugging other USB devices. I am having no luck.

Any ideas?

Open a support ticket so that we can assist you with your issue one on one. MPVI does not use sync to sync credits with your device, that is an MPVI2 feature only.
